Exchanges
We have a 30 day exchange policy, starting from when we ship your order out. You must send your item(s) back to us within this window, otherwise we will not accept it.
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
- The item is not the one you wanted and you would like a different size/color (for apparel)
- The item is defective and you would like a replacement
*Please note that there are no exchanges accepted on clearance shirts, Bargain Bin items, or personalized/unique items.
We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been used. The item must be in its original condition without wear or damage.
Refunds/Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds UNLESS the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon receiving your order. If one (or more) of these stipulations for a refund applies, you must fill out our REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM to be approved. Please fill this out before mailing back your items. You may describe the issue you encountered and attach any necessary photos showing the damage.
Once your returned order has been received by us and we have approved your request, the refund will be granted. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return Instructions:
- Complete the Refund/Exchange Request Form linked above
- Ship the item(s) back to us at 1091 Merchants Lane Oilville, VA 23129. Include your name and order number in the package so that we can confirm you have returned it. Please wrap your item neatly and in a way to protect the item.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please email joe.bailey@pagecustoms or call us at (804)-784-5541. Once an order is shipped, you will not be eligible for a refund, you may only exchange the item.
